Day 005 - Run: listen to your body

Run (level 2)        Training via ActiveMail

Run at L2 (short conversations still comfortable): A: 20'; E: 30'; P: 40'. Listen to your body. If you plan to go short but your body is telling you it feels good, it's OK to do more. Vice versa applies as well! (If you're not sure whether you belong in group A, E or P, just take the same advice and listen to your body.)
