The first four-week part of this program is called Skill Training, and is designed to give you the chance to develop your swimming, cycling and running skills. Time: 15-30 minutes Frequency: 3-4 per week Weekly quantity: One bike workout, one swim workout, one run workout and one additional workout in your least favorite of the three sports
