Welcome to the first day of your Danskin Series Triathlon training program. This eight-week adventure will prepare you physically and mentally to take on a triathlon. You'll receive a weekly training guide outlining the three weekly workouts you should do plus an additional optional workout if you have the time. You'll also get a daily email to remind you what to do that day. You'll be moved, amused, and inspired to keep at your training!
