Day 032 - Easy Run Day
5-8 miles easy run
Day 033 - Easy Run plus strides
WUMain Set: 3 x 4 x 200 with 200 recovery between 200's and 1 lap between sets. 1x 400 all out.WD
Day 034 - Active Rest Day
30-60 minutes of active rest.
Day 035 - Fartlet tempo run
65-80 minute fartlek/tempo run
