Day 029 - A little more magic
WU 5 min. 2 sets x 12 reps each exercise. SERIES 1: squats, incline bench press, Swiss ball abs w/ plate; SERIES 2: adductor/abductor machine (2 count hold,) biceps preacher curls, push-ups; SERIES 3: fly machine (3 count raise/lower,) straight bar biceps curls (stop at midpoint,) seated abs, push-ups. Stretch.

Day 030 - Hot trip to Heaven
WU 5 min. Treadmill: 15 min. Gauntlet: 15 min. Ellip. Trainer: 15 min. Rower: 15 min. CD 5 min. & stretch.

Day 031 - Sensual Yoga
Yoga/Stretch: 45-60 min.

Day 032 - Whip those Muscles
WU 5 min. 2 sets x 12 reps each exercise. SERIES 1: pull-ups, lat pulldowns (3 count hold,) push-ups, Swiss ball abs w/ plate; SERIES 2: back extensions, triceps cable pressdowns (3 count hold,) dips; SERIES 3: military presses (1 count hold,) bent-arm lateral raises, push-ups, reclining abs. Stretch.

Day 033 - Return to the Womb
WU 5 min. Swim like the wind: 45-60 min. CD 5 min. & stretch
