Day 008 - Cross Training
Cross Train with an activity of your choice. 1 hour.
Day 009 - Strength Training
and Cardio
WU 10 min. Wide-legged Squats, Squat Thrusts, Walking Lunges, Upright Rows, Step-Ups, Commando Pull-Ups, Sumo Squats, Ab Crunches, Back Extensions. CD/Stretch
Day 010 - Cardio/Aerobic
WU 10 min. Run 30 min. @ RPE 6.5 - 7 (easy to moderate effort). CD/Stretch
Day 011 - Rest/Active Rest
Rest Day (but try to get out and enjoy your natural surroundings)
Day 012 - Strength Training
and Cardio
WU 10 min. One-Legged Lunge, Sumo Squats, Push Ups, Wall Sits, Calf Raises, Tricep Dips, Cardio (jumprope). CD/Stretch
Day 013 - Cardio/
Anaerobic
WU 10 min. Track: 1 mile, 800, 1 mile (fast/slow). CD jog and stretch.
Day 014 - Rest Day!
Rest Day. Nutrition Tip.
