Day 16: Bike 10 miles, threshold or hill repeats
Day 017 - Pacing run and technique swim
Day 17: Run 2.5 miles, swim 400m
Day 018 - Stretch those hip flexors
Day 18: Bike 12 miles or Spinning class
Day 019 - Yoga or stretching
Day 19: Rest day
Day 020 - Tempo run, paced swim
Day 20: Swim 400m, run 3 miles
Day 021 - Brick day
Day 21: Bike 10 miles, run 8 minutes
