Day 036 - Long aerobic freestyle and backstroke drill.
400 warm-up, 1200 swim/kick, 300 drill, 1200 swim, 100 warm-down. Total = 3800 yards/meters
Day 037 - Backstroke drill and sprint set.
400 warm-up, 800 swim, 400 drill, 800 swim, 1000 pull, 100 warm-down. Total = 3500 yards/meters
Day 038 - Long IM set and backstroke drill.
Day 039 - Long kick set and backstroke work.
400 warm-up, 1000 kick, 400 drill, 800 swim, 100 warm-down. Total = 2700 yards/meters
Day 040 - Backstroke recap
400 swim, 400 drill, 1200 swim. Total = 2000 yards/meters
Day 041 - Stretch-out a great week!
1200-2000 yards/meters, mixing up swimming, pulling and kicking.
Day 042 - Day off.
