Day 022 - Butterfly drill and swim/kick set
600 warm-up, 300 drill, 500 kick/swim, 100 easy swim, 1500 swim, 500 swim. Total = 3500 yards/meters

Day 023 - Butterfly drill and hard kicking and pulling
600 warm-up, 800 swim/kick set, 200 easy, 800 swim/pull set, 300 drill, 800 swim, 100 warm-down. Total = 3600 yards/meters

Day 024 - Butterfly drill and individual medley set.
600 warm-up, 300 drill, 1800 swim, 100 easy, 600 pull, 100 warm-down. Total = 3500 yards/meters

Day 025 - Butterfly drill and aerobic freestyle set.
1200 warm-up/swim, 800 kick, 300 drill, 800 swim, 300 swim, 100 warm-down. Total = 3500 yards/meters

Day 026 - Butterfly sprints and recovery set.
600 swim, 400 swim, 100 easy, 1500 swim, 200 easy, 400 swim, 200 easy. Total = 3400 yards/meters

Day 027 - Stretch-out a great week!
1200-2000 yards/meters, mixing up swimming, pulling and kicking.

Day 028 - Day off.
