Day 015 - Breaststroke drill and aerobic freestyle set.
600 warm-up, 300 drill, 2000 swim, 600 swim. Total = 3500 yards/meters
Day 016 - Breaststroke drill and IM challenge set.
500 warm-up, 600 kick, 300 drill, 1600 swim, 400 warm-down. Total = 3400 yards/meters
Day 017 - Breaststroke drill and aerobic freestyle set.
900 warm-up, 600 kick, 2000 swim, 100 warm-down. Total = 3600 yards/meters
Day 018 - Breaststroke drill and breaststroke/freestyle set.
600 warm-up, 500 kick, 300 drill, 1000 swim, 1200 pull. Total = 3600 yards/meters
Day 019 - Hard freestyle set and breaststroke pulling.
600 warm-up, 1000 swim, 200 easy, 600 pull, 100 easy, 200 drill, 600 kick, 200 warm-down. Total = 3500 yards/meters
Day 020 - Stretch-out a great week!
1200-2000 yards/meters, mixing up swimming, pulling and kicking.
Day 021 - Day off.
