Cut Coffee

If you're trying to cut down on your coffee intake during the day, try foregoing coffee for breakfast. Drink tea or hot chocolate instead. Then treat yourself to one cup of coffee during the day for a special occasion--meeting a friend or celebrating the successful completion of a project at work. If you don't start the day with four or five cups of coffee, you can have some later but still cut down the total day's consumption.
