In-Line Skating Parking Lot Intervals

For: In-line skaters.
Time: 60 minutes.
Description: Grab the in-line skates and do an interval workout in the parking lot right outside the office door.
Equipment needed: In-line skates.

Call it short track parking lot speed skating. Think of your parking lot as a short track oval and do a set of moderately paced intervals, pretending you’re in the Winter Olympics. Find a loop in the lot that takes about 30 seconds to one minute to circle, preferably a quiet section so that you’re not fighting too many would-be parkers.
