Squeeze Your Muscles for a Break

Thirty-second microbreaks help energize your body and take only half a minute! Squeeze your muscles for a great break.

While seated, tighten your abdominal muscles, squeeze your buttock muscles and flatten your back against the chair. Then rotate your tailbone backward and upward while at the same time arching your back. Finally, return to your balanced (neutral) position.
