Straighten Up!

Here's another microbreak that will stretch and align your back, reduce tension and encourage you to sit up straight.

Sit up straight and imagine that you have a cable attached to the top of your head. Feel the cable slowly pull you up higher and higher. Hold for a few seconds. Relax and repeat three times.
