Sit upright in your chair with good posture. Bend your neck forward slightly and rotate your head to the left. Put your hand on your chin and gently push to the side for an extra stretch. Never stretch to the point of pain. Hold for three seconds. Turn your head to the left and do it again. Repeat 3 times on each side.
