Firm Up Your Grip Easily
A weak grip makes for wimpy handshakes. Here's how to muscle up your grasp, and reduce some stress.

Stash a piece of pipe insulation, about four inches long, at your desk. (An old, rolled-up mouse pad works great too). While you read or talk on the phone, squeeze the insulation rhythmically 15-20 times. Rest for one minute and repeat. Then do the same with the other hand. Do this drill once a day, increasing to three to four times per day as you get stronger.
For something more advanced...
For more resistance, use a tennis ball rather than the pipe insulation. Increase repetitions to as many as 50.
