Full-Body Stretch!

Get out of that chair and reach for the sky! This simple stretch will rejuvenate

Push your chair back and stand up straight with your arms hanging down. Raise both arms overhead and stretch for the ceiling as you breathe in forcefully through your nose. Hold for one second, then exhale through your mouth as you return your arms to your sides. Repeat five to ten times.

For something more advanced...
As you raise your arms overhead, rise up on your toes, then rock back to your heels as you lower your arms.
